I discovered the mechanics that everyone subconsciously runs with and how they all can perform better with my methods. Everyone walks, runs and sprints with gravity pulling them forward and not by any push. The legs attach underneath the upper body and can only push it straight up. You can’t take one step forward without falling ahead of your foot. Run four steps forward and backward. Notice that you must drop your feet to the rear to start a run forward, and drop your feet ahead to run backward. Here is why the scientists couldn’t see it. The leg acts like a vaulting pole. The foot stays in place for an instant while the top of the leg carries the upper body from behind the foot to in front of the foot. Check it out. Keep one foot in place and the other behind it. Step forward and back with the rear foot. You can see the vault in slow motion. Nobody was able to see that the vault is an off balance stance. There is less time behind the foot and more time in front of the foot. Everyone knows that you can’t stand still off balance.
